Mission
Chazz Capital Assets is a privately held family-owned holding company. Our purpose is to provide a long-term structure for holding the family's ownership interests in businesses and real estate entities as well as other proprietary investments. Investments are made using the shareholders' own capital.

Our approach reflects the family's commitment to thoughtful investment and positive relationships with the businesses and communities connected to our holdings. Individual businesses and assets may operate through separate entities with Chazz Capital participating primarily as a shareholder and holding company.
Investment Focus
Chazz Capital may consider opportunities across real estate and privately held businesses as well as other assets that complement the family's existing holdings and long-term interests. Opportunities are considered for Chazz Capital's own account using shareholder capital. Chazz Capital does not provide investment or financial advisory services to the public and does not manage or solicit investment capital on behalf of third parties.
